Congratulations: I was about to post pimentos with bits olive but if there is one I love it's beets. Should have figured it out. Pickled beets on salad, beets, beets all. My wife hates them. So in sadness I have not seen any in a long time. So, do not recognize them😭
I also don't like the taste much. However, when I make fresh juice (carrots, oranges, pomegranates) at home, I add beetroot to the mix just for the colour. 😀
To each their own preferred tastes of freedom to choose.😀
Usually meals are cooked according to the wife's preferences. Do you agree? 😛
