Wow! Short on cash? My friend, there is a income source, at least here it is. It's $1.50 minimum for four ounces.
Do you have farmers' markets?
Flea markets?
Road side stands allowed?

My cash problem is temporary 🙂. I am also an engineer and have a good job by the standards of more economically successful countries. But because of the war, I was not paid a salary for a year. I changed my place of work, but the situation is the same here, at least for now. I have solved my problems and will soon change jobs again, but it will be a while before I'm making an income.
Yes, we have those, but I don't know if you need any kind of permission to trade there.
Yeah, some people will do anything to get out of paying decent wages: start a war, allow themselves to get attacked.
Examples from here in the USA:
https://www.newsmax.com/newsfront/imf-world-bank-yellen-global-finance/2024/10/22/id/1184956/ - this is from Yellen of the federal reserve - well as long as she has the ability defend herself against mass numbers of invaders
: people like her invest in the countries that want to see their own country disappear.
Hang in there bud.
I forgot to mention the war 1812 when the British "sneaked up" on Washington DC and buried the capital beneath ash and rubble. A big armada just like dudes, dudettes used magic to land an army, et cetera.
Since we have a war going on here, I can draw a few conclusions. Although it sounds a bit fatal, but there will always be wars. There is nothing more profitable than war. Due to necessity and fear, huge funds are allocated for the purchase of weapons. If once the government could not carry out the reform of the pension fund because it required several billion dollars, now these several billion are available every month for the purchase of weapons.
However, peace at any price is scary. If we make peace with russia now, we all fear that it will give the enemy an opportunity to better prepare for the next attack, which will undoubtedly come. I have friends in occupied Energodar and I would not want to be in their place, their stories are terrible. In short, the our situation is complicated.
The ongoing war here gave a good impetus to the development of the military-industrial complex of the United States and Europe. The slow advance of russian troops makes it possible not to tease the dictator. I think this state of affairs suits many, except Ukrainians.
