Tonight, the village hall in my hometown, Gampong Blang, witnessed the first major step taken by the village youth to build a more focused future. The inaugural meeting of the Gampong Blang Youth was held with the main agenda of establishing a new youth organizational structure for the 2025 period. Since the afternoon, the youth have been preparing everything needed for the meeting, from seating arrangements to meeting equipment, from seating arrangements to administrative completeness to ensure the event runs smoothly and orderly.

The meeting was attended by the village head of Gampong Blang, community leaders concerned with youth development, and all members of the village youth. Their presence created a strong sense of togetherness, reflecting that village development is not solely the responsibility of the village government but also of all levels of society.

The event opened with remarks from the village head, emphasizing the importance of youth as a driving force for village progress. He encouraged all youth to unite, work together, and develop their potential to create a productive and harmonious environment. This remark was enthusiastically received by the meeting participants.

Entering the main agenda, the process of establishing the youth organizational structure was carried out through deliberation and consensus. Various input and suggestions flowed from meeting participants, ranging from the division of tasks and the determination of work areas to short- and long-term activity plans. The entire process proceeded smoothly, filled with mutual respect and based on a spirit of mutual cooperation.

This meeting not only discussed the organizational structure but also formulated flagship youth programs, such as regular Saturday night religious studies, monthly community service activities, and programs in education and youth empowerment. All of these programs are designed to improve the spiritual, social, and skills of the youth in our village.

As the meeting drew to a close, the atmosphere of camaraderie intensified. The youths committed to maintaining unity and supporting each other in all their upcoming activities. The village head and community leaders expressed their appreciation for the enthusiasm and commitment shown.

With the formation of a new youth organizational structure, it is hoped that the role of the youth of Gampong Blang will become more evident in advancing the village, upholding the values of togetherness, and serving as role models for the next generation.
