Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in the contest again for the second week. I would like to thank @ ashkhan for organizing today's contest. She has organized such a beautiful contest where we can present different types of tips to cure our diseases. So, friends, today I will tell you about the cure for my disease and how I solved it. I present all the details below.

First you have to share your knowledge about swelling, it's type and pathophysiology. (Explain only 4 types no need for extensive knowledge)

We can notice swelling wounds due to some injuries or accidents in the human body, and such injuries can be swelling to common, but in any injury, it first takes a small shape on our body and then becomes large, and then if it takes the form of a big , then we must seek the help of a doctor.

In the case of physical pain, we are usually first affected by tissues and bones. If our tissues are damaged or if we are hit by a blow or something hard, then our limbs, such as hands, palms, or any part of the body, may feel pain, and later it may turn into swelling.

However, in some special cases, diseases of the human body can be chronic, such as the kidney, lung, and heart. When these organs become damaged or useless, we see swelling there. However, these are chronic and require treatment by taking medicine for months.

However, even though common pains do not cause much complication, we need much more awareness and much more general treatment in these cases, where we can use different types of ice bags or hot bags and take various minor medicines as per the doctor's advice.

Here, the tissues or muscles of the body are more injured or may swell due to a strong impact, where contact with something causes more damage and causes more pain, and in some cases, water may accumulate under the swelling.

Whenever we see such swellings on our body parts, we can start their general and primary treatment at home, but if they do not resolve even after a few days, then we must seek medical attention because our tissues can be damaged a lot from them, and keeping them like this for a long time can lead to serious illnesses later.

Apart from body tissues, muscles can sometimes hurt, for example, if we have a sprained arm or leg, or if we hit something hard and our head or forehead swells, where we can feel pain, we must immediately cool the affected area with ice and compress it to relieve the pain.

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of swelling.

When it comes to history, the first thing that comes to mind is that a few months ago, my brilliant son, who is always into sports, was playing on the stairs one day and while crossing a series of four steps at once, he jumped from top to bottom and as a result, he sprained his leg, but he did not immediately break any bones.

However, as time went on, his leg became a little red and swollen, and he had a hard time walking. Finally, he was not able to walk normally. Then we took him to the hospital and consulted a doctor. After an X-ray, the doctor said that there was no problem with the bone, but there was pain where it must be. He should be on bed rest for a week, and along with this, he should take proper medicine along with some home treatments like ice bags or different types of hot bags. Take enough time during the day and night on the affected area, that is, 10 to 15 minutes. In this way, the patient will recover very quickly, which I did, and it really worked a lot. He recovered very well within a week.

It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 2 methods at least)

Today I will tell you about my treatment solution where I put a lot of pressure on my feet to do a lot of work and all the household chores every day and sometimes due to the extra work my feet do, when I walk a lot at home and outside, my feet swell a little and it feels like water has accumulated there and there is some pain here.

But I can't sit with this problem. I need to recover from this problem quickly because I am responsible for all the household chores. That's why I try to take the home remedies that the doctor told me to take. First, I put a thick towel on it, and I put seven to eight ice cubes on it.

Then I apply the pieces and roll them around the affected area well, and try to massage them well as I go. I do this for 10 to 15 minutes during the day and night, which helps me a lot. Within two to three days, the swelling in my feet has gone back to its previous state and is normal.

In this way, we can give not only ice but also hot water in a hot bag, but I find giving ice much more effective.

Also, when I sleep, I always try to keep my feet on some kind of high pillow, so that my feet don't get less water and my feet hurt. There are many names, and after using this process, I have received many benefits, where my leg pain has been eliminated.
