For the sake of scalability for STEEM token economy, STEEM needs LP pools on SunSwap based on Tron blockchain.
Yesterday, I read this post.
Proposal for SBD Liquidity Provision and Market Making (MM) Bot Development for the STEEM Ecosystem
I thought the team wanted to make LP(Liquidity Provision) pools on SunSwap based on Tron chain. But, it wasn't. They wanted to build internal LP pools based on STEEM blockchain.
Well, the team had a similar idea with me. But, in order to secure the scalability for STEEM token economy, STEEM and SBD need LP pools on SunSwap based on Tron blockchain.
As I previously said the reason why we need LP pools on SunSwap yesterday, the current internal STEEM/SBD market has a lack of the liquidity, poor UI/UX experiences for newcomers, etc.
It's an example image. To do bridging assets between 2 chains, there is a 3rd party issue. If a 3rd party is unreliable, bridging could be risky.
So, I suggest that STEEM Foundation(@steemitblog) or Tron Foundation will make TRC-20 STEEM and TRC-20 SBD on Tron blockchain, then verified by the Tron Foundation like the upper example image.
Then, anyone can provide liquidity for STEEM and SBD on SunSwap. Exchange fees will be fully automatically and fairly distributed for LP providers, which means anyone who provides the liquidity can be an individual exchange and make a passive income from LP pools.
Of course, in the beginning of LP pools formed, size of LP pools might be smaller than expected.
To do faster growth, I think the solution could be using SunFarm. It encourages to put more liquidity by compensating additional rewards. But it requires a budget.
@steem.dao has 5m SBD. If we use some of them to compensate LP providers, using SPS(STEEM Proposals System), it would be better for STEEM and Tron ecosystems.
I appeal STEEM token economy needs the scalability. We need the bridging system between Tron and STEEM. If STEEM community pursues the closed blockchain, the future won't be bright.
Wonderful idea and surprising it doesn't exist yet, after four years of time to develop.
Probably somehow bananas need to be taped to those two, then probably they will get each $30M investment, for a starter. More buzz needed, I guess.
