How To Make Green Detox!
Green Detox or Green juice is a healthy drink that can be prepared in minutes at home. This drink is great refresher for those who wants to feel a boost.
What you will need:
The only thing that you will need is a blender to combine all of them.
Ingredients:
- Parsley: When you buy them, they come in bunch. You can put a handful of them or two.
- Celery: You can add 5 to 7 of them.
- Green Apple: You can put from 1 to 3 of green apples in it. It is good for the taste.
- Lemons: Depending on the quantity that you will make. Or, how much do you prefer the taste of lemons in the juice. But, we can say that half a lemon or one small lemon would be fine for this quantity.
- Ginger: Cut a small piece of it. A quarter or even less.
Extra ingredients: - Cucumber: You can add it. But, it is not necessary.
How is this different from other juices:
This is considered a detox. So, it is much healthier than other juices. Some studies show that there are some drawbacks to drinking a fresh juice. But, when it comes to detox, it is different.
