RE: Ganadores: SLC23-W2 | Dietas, hábitos y sustitutos
You have 9 people with a perfect score of 10, how do you choose 4 of them for you to suggest to @steemcurator01? A reasonable explanation would certainly avoid the other 5 from feeling not really good. If there is no, it's like saying, "You are good too, but, sorry, it's not your day."
I've been making statistical reports on SLC operations for weeks so I know enough to know you're not the only one doing this, but I haven't asked. Maybe now my curiosity is unstoppable.
I know, if possible, we want all Steemians who have done well to get more ‘love’, especially through the fingers of steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02, I also understand that you are only given 4 slots. This really puts you in a difficult position.
I remember some time ago, when I was taking a cryptoacademy class. When it was close to the announcement of the top 4 (summary), @kouba01 came and edited his comment by lowering my score, so that I didn't make the top 4 and put someone else who had better work where I was. Well, I guess he did that to avoid a question similar to the one I asked you above. I don't mind what he did, because I trust his judgement on who the top 4 are and that is explained by the scores.
We do encourage all Teachers to have a robust grading system that ensures there is a good spread of marks, rather than a lot of bunching of marks in the 9s and 10s.
It is sometimes difficult to evaluate, using decimal differences, several users who have done very well, especially if there is a time lag between publications. I think the healthiest thing is for teachers to evaluate from 1 to 9, and leave 1% as an outstanding factor for the end, according to the teachers' criteria.
Teachers have 1% to award at the end, when they have already analyzed all the positions, that is, they already know which ones have those details that favor them more than the others.
I think I know that the Steemit Team wants that. And we can also see some Teachers doing that very well, taking up assessment work as an equally important part of all SLC activities. Maybe the problem for me is that I don't really understand the methods of some other Teachers, hence my question.
I don't understand what is this steemit team's performance on negative votes for my post.

Thank you very much..
Lamento mucho tu mala experiencia.
Saludos!
Don't need to feel bad for me, I don't.
Thank you for replying.
