Hi everyone, it's @kingwesedo again here are some amazing fact on foods to eat when considering weight loss.So far, there is no such thing as an ideal or perfect diet for weight loss. But there have been a certain number of meals that have been proven research wise to be very important to aid in weight loss. Though these meal types function differently and for specific reasons, there is still evidence that people who include them in their weight loss plan lose weight better and faster than those who have them absent in their meals. For those very desperate in losing their weight, it is very important that they have an idea of these 5 effective foods as evidenced by extensive research. For a quick weight loss diet plan, it should have the following foods included;


Edible mushrooms

Mushrooms

Did you know before now that mushrooms can serve as best substitute for your meat? Notwithstanding their meaty taste as well as their texture, they are very rich in proteins too and contain relatively as low fat as possible. Again, mushrooms have been studied to contain fewer calories when compared to same weight of meat. You don’t need anyone to say that again that the best weight loss plan should cut out meat for mushroom. This isn’t going to be for all your years you know, at least for the period of the weight loss process. Don’t forget!


Ready to eat Oats

Oat Bran

Though this special food is not a general diet for most countries, it is a very important food when in comes to quick weight loss. Why? The oat bran contain large amount of fibre which makes you feel this quick satisfaction when consume. The fibre content also enables it quick ejection from the gut. Another important fact about the oat bran is that it absorbs fat, like cholesterol which is why it is most times recommended for those with high cholesterol levels. You can trust that an effective weight loss diet plan should contain at least a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast each day.

Yogurt

Surprisingly, yogurt has been found to play a vital role in significant weight loss. It has been found to contribute so much to weight maintenance as you age while its absence have been attributed to relentless weight gain over time. Yogurts rank the highest when it comes to foods associated with weight loss and very important for those women who would want to maintain their youthful stature even as they grow old. Well, while it may come as a surprise, some studies have suggested yogurts to serve as beneficial pro biotics for the human gut flora which in turn aids in keeping a fairly constant weight. This implies that the best weight loss plan should not miss out on yogurts.

Olive oil

This may also come as a surprise how an already know fat would help you lose weight. Well, extensive studies in science have demonstrated olive oil to contain a special fatty acid known as oleic acid. When included in our diets and consumed, it becomes transformed in the small intestine into another special compound, Oleolethanolamide (OEA). This OEA sends some signals to your brain informing it that you don’t need any more food and you immediately lose appetite. Through this means you are relieved of hunger meaning you don’t have to take so much to be satisfied. This makes olive oil an important daily food for an effective and quick weight loss diet plan.

Pistachios

Due to the high protein and fiber content of the pistachios nuts, they make an ideal snack for a working weight loss diet plan. In addition, these important nuts contain healthy unsaturated fat vital both for the brain and heart functions. Though pistachios nuts may be relatively low calorie foods, they have also been studied to improve the body mass indexes. But most importantly, the pistachios nuts reduce the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the body.

In conclusion as a quick weight loss diet plan, you need to dress all the salads with olive oil. By doing so, you will be increasing the benefits of the veggies rich in antioxidants. Again, don’t miss out on pistachios nuts as important snacks between meals. Don’t be enticed by the succulent and fleshy meat, rather a meaty mushroom would serve better.

It's good you were trying to educate people on certain food which you thought will have a greater impact on weight loss but it will be great if you can fire up discussion regarding weight loss first. People need to know a healthy weight loss is not only concern with the concept of calories in calories out. Maybe you can consider making an article about it, sometimes in the future.
