Hi, @kingwesedo. There are a few things I would like to say regarding your article:

  • Diet is an important component to achieve an optimal state of health. It's good you were trying to educate people on certain food which you thought will have a greater impact on weight loss but it will be great if you can fire up discussion regarding weight loss first. People need to know a healthy weight loss is not only concern with the concept of calories in calories out. Maybe you can consider making an article about it, sometimes in the future.
  • Your last 3 images were not cited. You need to cite it and if all of those images belong to you, you need to state it.
  • You need to cite some references pertaining to your article. It's absolutely vital in this community for an author to always give a sufficient credit to the original author.
