저도 어제 허리가 찌릿 이건 골반이다 해서 엎드려서 자가 스트레칭하고 오늘 바로 돌아왔습니다. 도수치료가 짱이긴하죠.
심하지 않다면 수키원장 유튜브 채널? 아직 있는지 모르겠는데 전 거기서 배운걸로 계속 자가 치료 반복하고 있습니다.
저도 병원 다녀왔는데 더운 날에 더해 그 불편함이 넘침니다.ㅠ
