Okay so hopefully you have read through my other guides before this one the link to part one will be at the bottom of the page.

What I find most demotivating is when you load up a game parachute in and there is someone else near you they of course get the weapon first and bang your dead and have to start all over again. This itself is a form of tilt and being on tilt while trying to perform at your A game can be extremely difficult so I have listed here a few methods I use to deal with going on tilt.

Method One.
Meditation: Now I don't mean full blown medititation like a monkmonk-meditating-o.jpg

The method I use is quite simple before every competitive game I take a few seconds to perform this simple trick.

Sit as comfortably as you can with your back straight and put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.

Breathe in for five seconds through your nose your hand on your chest should rise and your other hand should stay still.

Exhale for five seconds through your mouth pushing out all of the air in your lungs.

The benefits of this simple exercise are huge your heart rate will slow down, your muscles relax and blood flow to the brain increases allowing you to perform that bit better than your opponents.

This I have found to benefit me the most as before I would become very stressed while in combat and you would see it when I played.

Method Two:

I use this method to get me hyped up for the next game I youtube motivational videos and kill montage videos there are many out there but I find ones that are esports related I will link a few I have personally enjoyed.

This youtuber I would highly recommend subscribing to he produces amazing motivational content mostly for CS:GO but it all still works.

My dream is to someday go pro in PUBG (when it becomes and esport which it will!)
