Some food prepping for the week <3
Since I work 24-7 I need to food prepp in order to get my calories in :) Here you have bulgur with spicy thai chicken , mango salad . And ofc some nuts to increase the calories . Around 800 kcal for a box.
Around 90 gr bulgur , 265 gr of the mixed salad , 140 gr chicken and around a handfull of nuts :)
