New Year Healthy Food
I'm fully in the new year healthy eating routine this year. I've been making this great soup tonight, lots of tasty green stuff getting cooked down and blitzed for a tasty meal. Garlic, ginger, mint, chicken stock, leeks, peas, onion, broccoli, green beans, courgettes and spinach . . . . . a lot tastier than it sounds :)
