Sa'an ka pa?

Edi, Dito na!

Before I present the recipe. I just wanna share a little bit of background from our main ingredient no other than,
Sayote!

According to SYLVIE TREMBLAY from livestrong.com, The Sayote plant also called as chayote, yields a pear-shaped fruit with a mild flavor that works well in savory dishes. Because each sayote fruit contains just 39 calories, it complements weight-loss and calorie-conscious diets. Sayote offers lots of nutritional value -- including generous amounts of fiber, zinc and copper -- and serves as a significant source of four essential vitamins.

After 20 minutes

This is how your sauteed sayote looks like.IMG_20180203_111749.jpg

As you can see, the sauteed sayote had shrank a little bit.

Add salt and pepper to taste. I did not any measurement for the salt and pepper because each one of us has our own preferred taste such as saltiness, bitterness, sweetness and etc. and After 25 minutes you can now add the 2 eggs.

After 30 minutes

T A D A A A A A ! ! ! Our Dish is now ready to be served. Good for 3-4 persons bes!

Aside from the sayote's natural vitamins and minerals. The whole dish itself is healthy because of the added nutrients that we can get from tomatoes. Tomatoes had antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. Plus! The eggs itself has a great source of proteins and various vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, B6, B12 and zinc, iron and copper. That's why I often cook this to my family during breakfast. That's why to those who had not yet know the recipe, try this one! 😋😊😍
