PINOYFOOD: What's for breakfast?

Good Morning Steemians! It's summertime and now I have a lot of time for my cooking prowess. One of my all time favorite breakfast is Champorado (chocolate pudding). My kids love them too!

One hearty bowl of Champorado be it with milk or without milk, it's really delicious! Plus, it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
1 cup of Glutinous rice (malagkit)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
Milk
Water (depends on rice quality)

Let's cook:

  1. Boil water with Glutinous rice
  2. Add sugar
  3. Add cocoa powder
  4. Once rice soften then its ready.

I want it milky and sweet. I prefer powdered milk instead of the evaporate milk. I eat the powdered milk together with the champorado. Hmmm Yum! As I finish this blog, I just finished a bowl of sweet milky champorado.
