Today I bring you a crispy but healthy dish, the mushrooms are widely used in traditional cuisine, very used in the vegan cuisine by presenting unique characteristics with which many recipes can be prepared. That's why I present you a delicious recipe of mushroom croquette. Ideal to share in the family or in some party that realizes in the comfort of its home.

(for 20 portions):

♡ 1/2 onion or a small one

♡ 200gr wheat flour

♡ 1 liter of soya milk

♡ Soy sauce

♡ Apple vinegar

♡ Breadcrumbs

Cooking time: 25min
Total: 45min

The first step will be to prepare our filling, wash very well the onion and mushrooms, you will have two alternatives, you can use a food processor to chop the onion and mushrooms and the other form will be with your respective knife and table to chop and devote time to chop everything finely. I advise you not to use preserves of mushrooms on several occasions I have talked about the harmfulness that can be the chemical preservatives, try to avoid this type of products.

We will notice how the mixture is thickening little by little, you must not stop moving the mixture but could stick to the bottom. In the final part what we will do is add a little soy sauce and a little vinegar.

The next step will be to prepare the croquettes, for which we will need a deep plate where we will strain the soy milk, and in another flat plate we will place the breadcrumbs, the step is very simple to repeat with each croquette, with a spoon we are taking out the bechamel sauce and with the help of our hands we will give it the form that we want since it is manageable, we will soak with a little milk and then we will pass through the breadcrumbs.
