This looks so savory and appealing! I love the mix of ingredients inside the dumpling and how you paired it with the vinegar sauce. The way the dumpling is folded reminds my of Thai curry puffs.
Oh they are really alike :) I have never eaten Thai curry puffs but after this I will try eating them. Thanks for your compliment @chefsteve
