Fasting diet! Only 1 meal a day for 35 days already!

Hey,steemit community has been 35 days since I started my Fasting diet with 1 meal daily!
And here are the results I weight 162lbs. exactly I was the same weight at December when I started my journey!

Monday - Burger mid-rare with 2 boiled eggs! Ice-Cream Dessert
Tuesday - Steak mid with side of Musaka (Traditional Bulgarian meal) Ice-Cream Dessert
Wednesday - Chicken 1.5Lbs max + Ceaser salad Ice-cream Dessert + Cake
Thursday - Chicken 1.5Lbs max + Ceaser salad Ice-cream Dessert + Cake
Friday - Pork with potatoes Ice-cream Dessert + Cake
Saturday - Pork with potatoes Ice-cream Dessert + Cake
Sunday - Chicken 1.5Lbs max + Ceaser salad Ice-cream Dessert + Cake
And today! Im gonna finish the ice-cream and the cake I have left over, thats one piece of each so last day!
I`m gonna stop sugar again!

Every single night I had ice-cream + cake no exceptions!

Monday I just had a Burger and after that, I remember that I have some boiled eggs!

Everyone can do it!
But you have to give time to your body to adapt to the change!

I know about that diet!
It is something I`m willing to try actually in future.

I was looking into fasting diet a few weeks ago also it looks interesting!
