Roasted Chicken with Grilled Corn and Gravy Recipe (Filipino)

Hello, just wanna let you know that this post is filipino language. Gusto ko lang ishare sa inyo ang isa sa mga paborito kong pagkain (Ulam) Roast Chicken with gravy and grilled corn.

Mga sangkap para sa Manok: (marination)

⚫2 Kutsaritang Asin
⚫2 Kutsaritang Paminta
⚫2 tsp Paprika
⚫1 tbsp thyme herbs
⚫2 tbsp olive oil
⚫Katas ng Luya
⚫1 buong manok

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
5 seeds ng bawang (buo)
1 sibuyas(cut into 4)
1 stalk tanglad o lemon grass(pitpitin)
kalahati ng lemon (slice)
insert -panali

Procedure:
1.hugasan mabuti ang manok hiluran ng asin para mawala ang lansa at banlawan saka punasan ng towel.

2.sa isang palangana ilagay ang manok ihilod ang mga spices, herbs, ginger and oil sa buong balat at luob ng manok.

  1. saka mo ilagay sa loob ng manok ang bawang, sibuyas, lemon at lemongrass at saka talian saka mo balutin ng cling wrap bgo ilagay sa ref o chiller. marinate po natin overnight o kya 1 hours manlang ng maabsorbe po ung spices ng manok.

  2. after mo po mamarinate painitin muna natin ang oven or turbo ng 350f bago isa lang at pag mainit na saka mo isalang yung manok with phyrex sa turbo no need na mag phyrex.

  3. lutuin ng 1 hours cooking kada 15 mins pahiran ng oil at nabaligtarin kung turbo.

  4. after 1 hour po na pag luluto saka mo ilagay ang manok sa isang strainer na nakaupo para lumabas yung tubig sa loob then set aside habang pina tutulo at saka kunin ang katas ng manok sa turbo set aside.

Ingredients for Gravy:

katas ng manok
2tbsp knorr cream of mushroom
1tsp black pepper
2tbsp butter
1/4cup of water.
1tbsp knorr seasoning

PROCEDURE:
Sa isang kawali lutuin ang pag sama samahin lahat ng sangkap, huwag mong tigilan ang pag halo hanggang sa lumapot.
for side dish, grilled corn, steam green beans.

Beef adobo sounds new to me, and I have 'Philippines' on my name!
