Your job is not to track what's going on in your life, to sit on the sidelines and carefully consider every move before taking action; or to analyze something to death, dipping one toe in the water, afraid to jump in. Your job is simply to be, to feel, to experience -- the sunlight on your skin, a friend's words, a lover's kiss, the cleansing act of crying. You never have needed nor now need to know the how, or why things happen (or when). You simply have to experience it, keep growing like a plant toward the sun, and everything else will naturally unfold in your life. And if you steer it with gratitude, calm, ease and inspired action, and use the gifts given to you, you'll never miss the beauty the Universe has for you; whether it's the beautiful breakdown toward transformation or the ecstatic expansion into what you really are. Life is happening NOW. Step away from your desk and out into the open air, look at the sky and marvel at its majesty. Fear will always pay a visit now and then. Thank it for trying to protect you, but kindly tell fear you've got this; it's not needed in the moment. And invite love to envelope your body. Plug into your breath and feel the universe around you.
