-45 Upright Bar Rows (75 pounds) - new exercise
-35 Bar Shrugs (75 pounds)
-25 Behind-the-Back Wrist Bar Curls (75 pounds) - new exercise

I need to do more wrist curls. I want to improve my forearms so badly. I need to increase my grip strength too haha. Good job bro!
