To keep body fit and healthy is important for everyone for the fitness people use to go gym and use various heavy diet to keep body fit but lot of struggle and heavy hard work is not possible for every there is little difficult for old and adults who also need fit body but due to tiredness and heavy exercises they can’t follow properly so I will share here some simple and easy exercises which is helpful and sufficient for body fitness.

Life is full of tensions because of its huge demands and our incomplete demands but sometime we forgot to think that we can’t find perfection in our life and something lacking in life will give obviously little anxiety and tensions but it doesn’t mean that we forget our daily life. Do exercises daily will give you peaceful environment when you are alone to apply something new in life we need loneliness believe me that peace you never find anywhere to overcome your stress and anxiety just forget tension while doing exercises and do without thinking too much.

It depends upon us that how we maintain our stamina but if your body will be in working position daily work out increased stamina of body and raised capability I have seen many of old peoples who daily workout for half an hour and this continuous work whether we do it for some time but result comes after regularity of that work to do which keeps body healthy more energetic and full of stamina you will never get bored in life and will eager for more interesting things in life.

In sitting position and workout for long time period in life make body muscles stiff and rigid make body activity lazy which results in pain and tiredness if your work is sitting and you are not able to give time for your body you can do sitting exercises of you leg and arms when you take a break of ten minutes just raise your legs with doing flexion and extension and twist your ankle by rotating it for ten minutes do same to your arms and rotate neck for five minutes during work your fifteen minutes break will become beneficial for your body will protect you from pain and improves muscular tone.

Our fitness is related to our better health condition depends that how much we are aware and conscious various health problems associated to fitness and increasing weight is one of the most biggest problem if body is not fit and exercises must needed to maintain body weight because over weight brings many of health problems heart problem, breathing difficulty, inability to move and inability to walk due to the heavy body weight so exercises plays a very crucial role keep health problems away from body we just have the need to apply these in our life regularly so keep in touch with exercises and in fitness.
