DAY 2 OF MY 30 DAY CHALLENGE

So today I split my reps up in the morning and evening. As soon as I woke up I got straight into it. starting with 10 push ups, then 10 crunches followed by 10 squats. I repeated the cycle until of 10 rep sets until I hit 40 reps of each exercise. It was not actually that bad. In the evening I repeated the same cycle until all 100 reps of each exercise was reached. 28 days of this are left. I am considering adding some pull-ups as well, but maybe I will wait until the 15 day point. I feel like the next few days will be more challenging. Weight at this moment is 88kg, down from 94.5kg in 3 weeks. I feel the progression and it is building more motivation each and everyday.
