Fuck you Justin, we're moving to Hive.

For i know, this issue between bernie and haejin has been going on for a while now before christmas and it is not making things work well for steemit as planned if bernie is busy fighting haejin most of the time instead of doing the needful for steemitians inorder to help those that needs help, hope and voice to whatever situations they are, maybe those people would be a person by now. Bernie please help focus on those with good contents out there to be appreciated. Happy new year

While I somewhat agree with your statement, how many people are going to be enjoying the platform when there is nothing left in the rewards pool and people are once again contributing to a social network for "Free".

There are two sides I see to this argument. The one in which you stated to put his powers and rewards to "good" by upvoting "low value content"

Or you could call out all the other whales and witnesses on Steemit to do something about this. For one there could be a rule put into place that with ever post you make in a 24 hour period the rewards from upvotes are cut by 20% all the way to 0. I bet Haejin would start making less posts everyday and consolidating. The other whales on Steemit could also join in and stamp out this problem.

The fact that everyone is sitting on the sideline to me is the problem while one person gets rich for making posts that wouldn't gain him no more than a few dollars on any other platform.

As more people join the steem platform, more people buy steem. Thus the value of steem goes up. While Haejin may get a significant portion of the reward pool, he is also helping it get bigger. Exposure to the platform is good exposure no matter what.

This problem of reward pool abuse will not be fixed by whales, especially not bernie. It will be fixed by dan and ned, if they have the cojones to come up with and implement a solution.

Happy new year. I read a post the other day about downvoting here and it explains the difference between providing quality content to better the platform vs providing quality contributions to better the platform. This includes downvoting to balance the rewards pool. Just read the article if you haven't already and it might help you understand.

Perhaps both of you guys should actually focus on upvoting good content to make the site work as designed... and thus your stake will be worth more over time rather than the site eventually crashing because your guys' hate mail posts end up trending every day.

No offense, that just seems like it would be more beneficial than continuing to argue over who sucks worse...

I want to see everyone succeed and bring true value to the site rather than just hype.

Yes but have you read the crap that haejin has posted? 200-300 SBD for ~30 words and a couple of charts when there is honestly good content out there getting 0.01-0.10 in value. So until shit posts like haejin stop getting between 6-8% of the reward pool, I think bernie should continue.

By all means, continue the spats and graph posts... I must suggest though that it would be beneficial to the site's future if either of them would be willing to start delegating to some under-appreciated contributors in recognition of this absurd reward stake... I see a lot of under appreciated people on steemit... cough cough

Big fan of the blue paper... in practice.

"The users who produce content are adding value to the network by creating material that will
drive new users to the platform, as well as keep the existing users engaged and entertained."

I didn't 100% powerup for nothing, Lol. I'd rather be talking about stuff that matters.

But in the end... nothing really maaaaatters

While you try to take down haejin out of all people, for reasons unknown, I suppose due to some sort of feelings you have against his success, the blockchain you portray yourself as trying to defend is being stomped on, then pissed upon, then crapped on by the likes of sharif77 .
Just look at his prolific spamming.
Good riddance with shencoin, but it was way way too late.
Expect him to rise again from his other head, shahzaib.
Padmakshi, another prolific spammer went on vaccation for some reason.
Probably found a demanding job.
You were correct about 1 big thing only, ned's push for encouraging spammers into STEEM.
Ned killed STEEM and without a surgical hard fork (which will need the top witnesses' and developers' support, all of your stakes are doomed.
After letting in the spammers in large numbers, even such a fork is doomed to fail if happened only once.
Spam and spammers ought to be deleted.

Haha, classic steemit drama.

Oh, it's not going to stop (once I figure this whole steem thing out)! My vernacular consists of more than the word "bitchass" though the term befits Bernie well.

This drama is so entertaining xD

Oh you bet, dysfunction attracts dysfunction, that's just how it is. I think me and Bernie are similarly damaged people.

@haejin sucks big monkey balls.

@berniesanders Once you let go of your obsession with targeting other people, I'll let go of my obsession with you.

@berniesanders As much of a bully as you are, there's always someone worse; don't find out who that person is.

@berniesanders The night is young, bernie (the self-righteous steemit righter of wrongs)
