How To Keep Healthy Part(2)
Health can neither be bought nor sold nor given to us a gift. We must do a number of things to have it. We must eat nutritious food such as meat, milk, eggs, rice, fruit, juices and vegetables. We should play games such as football, volleyball, tennis and badminton. Walking is very good exercise for both the young and the old. We should get enough rest and sleep to regain our lost strength. We should avoid tobacco, alcohol and all kinds of narcotic drugs which are harmful to our health.
မိမိတို႔၏ က်န္းမာေရးကို ဝယ္လို႔ ေရာင္းလို႔မရႏိုင္ပါဘူး။ က်န္းမာေရးေကာင္းေစရန္ ေလ့က်င့္ခန္း အခ်ိဳ႕ကို လုပ္ရပါတယ္။ မိမိတို႔မွ အသား၊ ႏို႔၊ ဥ၊ ထမင္း၊ သစ္သီး၀လံ၊ သစ္သီးရည္နဲ႔ ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္ စတဲ့ အာဟာရ ျဖစ္ေစတဲ့ အစာမ်ားကို စားရပါတယ္။ ေဘာလံုး၊ ေဘာ္လီေဘာ၊ တင္းနစ္နဲ႔ ၾကက္ေတာင္ စတဲ့ အားကစားနည္းမ်ားကို ကစားသင့္ပါတယ္။ လမ္းေလ်ွာက္ျခင္းဟာ လူၾကီးနဲ႔ လူငယ္ႏွစ္ဦးစလုံးအတြက္ အလြန္ေကာင္းတဲ့ ေလ့က်င့္ခန္း တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မိမိတို႔၏ ကုန္ခန္းသြားတဲ့ အင္အားကိုျပန္ရဖို႔ လုံေလာက္တဲ့ အနားယူျခင္းနဲ႔ အိပ္စက္ျခင္းကို ရ႐ွိသင့္ပါတယ္။ မိမိတို႔၏ က်န္းမာေရးကို ဥပဒ္ျဖစ္ေစမည့္ ေဆးလိပ္၊ အရက္နဲ႔ မူးယစ္ေဆး၀ါး အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးကို ေ႐ွာင္ၾကဥ္သင့္ပါတယ္။
