Unhealthy Lifestyle That Should Not Allowed
Here, it will review everyday life that you sometimes don't realize, that your activities are included in the category of unhealthy lifestyles. Maybe all this time since you wake up from sleep, you have made many mistakes. When you want to sleep, you have made a mistake that affects the fate of your own health. More fully, here I try to discuss habits that include unhealthy lifestyles.
1) Often Wake Up Suddenly
Do you know, why wake up suddenly becomes an unhealthy lifestyle? I have experienced this myself, when I slept asleep, suddenly my father woke me up by opening the door. Instantly, I woke up and immediately stood up and went down the stairs. However, when I was standing at that time my head felt dizzy.
What are the dangers of waking up suddenly?
Actually, when we are awake or do an activity, our muscles experience contraction or tension. But when sleeping, our muscles relax and rest, one of which occurs in the neck muscles. When we wake up, the neck muscles are tense because they have to support the heavy head, but when we sleep the neck muscles do not work to support the head, and relax the tense muscles. Therefore, when we fall asleep and suddenly wake up, we often feel dizzy and confused. Actually, in this case, we have not fully awakened.
Conditions like this are physical conditions that are already awake, while the condition of the brain has not yet woken up. In this condition, our brain is not ready to receive instructions correctly from all organs in our body. If this happens repeatedly, it will not be good for our brain's performance function.
Preventive steps
To prevent this can be done by applying a lifestyle like the following:
* Enough sleep
For adults, enough sleep is at least 8 hours. This is as recommended in Islam, because the best time management is divided into 3. It means 8 hours to worship, 8 hours to make money or work, and 8 hours to rest. So adequate rest is at least 8 hours from 24 hours to sleep.
* Don't sleep too late at night
Sleep can indeed be said to be one of the basic human needs which according to some experts its function is even more important than food. But sleeping too late at night also has a negative impact and is not good for health. Because sleeping too late at night by itself, you must be prepared to face various risks.
The negative effects of sleeping too late at night as explained in the article Halo Sehat. These negative impacts are as follows:
- Concentration Decreases
- Impact on Health
- Reducing Sexual Passion
- Become forgetful
- Causes of Depression
- Obesity
- Influence on Skin Health
- Increase Death Risk
- Fast Old [Source]
2) Often Wake Up Too Noon
I have also experienced this when holidays (the day I did not enter the office) often indulge myself in bed. In the sense that it's already afternoon, I'm still in sleep. But when I wake up I often feel lethargic and dizzy. When I searched for information about this, it turned out that there were studies that explained that waking up too noon is a bad habit that is not very good, and physically tends to be susceptible to disease, one of them is liver cancer.
What's The Danger of Waking Up Too Noon?
Because when you wake up too noon, we don't defecate in the morning, skip breakfast, whereas at 5:00 a.m - 07:00 a.m is the time for the body to cleanse the body of all kinds of dirt and poisons that accidentally enter the body or normally called de-toxin. So if we wake up too noon, we let various kinds of dirt and toxins remain lodged in our bodies. So this is what causes us to be susceptible to disease.
So get used to a healthy lifestyle in living this life by distancing various bad habits that have implications for negative impacts or life-threatening risks.
