What to eat before exercise?

Hey, how are you guys doing? today is Monday, Monday to start new projects or continue with those we are already developing. I tell you that today I resumed my exercise routine after having left it for 2 months, but just before exercising I started to feel hungry, I didn't know what to eat, so I started investigating a little bit and thanks to this today I bring you an entry about what to eat before exercising, now, without further ado, let's start! 😉

The secret is to combine simple and complex carbohydrates. So I'll give you some snacks that meet this feature? 😉

Snacks pre-exercise

Whole-grain toasted bread with peanut and fruit cream gives you both types of carbohydrates and is very easy to digest. If you choose some banana slices and a little cinnamon powder, you'll have the perfect snack and it will help you increase your potassium levels.

A little Greek yogurt with a delicious blend of grains is ideal if you're going to run, I recommend that you accompany it with a little granola, seeds, nuts and nuts and nuts, try it and you'll see that it will help you feel satisfied and light. The nuts contain sugars that will provide you with that boost of energy you need. Warning: The seeds and nuts are high in fat, so it will take a while to digest them, if you eat too many you can begin to feel tired.

Important: remember to wait approx. 45 minutes after eating for exercise, you'll avoid digestion problems. 😉
