Eggs and other adverse health risks (P2)

In the previous article we talked about egg yolk, what about egg yolk? Keep track of this article offline.

Egg-white
Egg whites play a protective role in the nature of yolk, providing additional nutrients to support the development of the embryo. This is usually formed around the egg yolk. White eggs consist mainly of 90% water and 10% protein (protein) including albumin, globulin, and mucoprotein. Like egg yolks, there are some adverse health risks from eating egg white, including:

High risk of Salmonella: Salmonella is a bacterium commonly found in the intestines of chickens. It can also be present on eggs, either on the shell surface or inside. Raw eggs are often contaminated with bacteria, so eggs should be cooked for longer periods of time at very high temperatures. Eat well-cooked eggs to ensure that these bacteria are not present and prevent them from entering your body. Also, always wash your hands and thoroughly clean the body surfaces that come in direct contact with the egg.

Biotin depletion: Biotin, also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7, is important for the health of the skin. Live whites contain protein (protein) called avidin that can lead to biotin depletion. Although this condition is quite rare, if you eat two or more egg whites a day for several months, you may develop a shortage of biotin.
Allergies: Egg allergies are more common in children than adults. This is due to the body's response to eating egg white because of albumin proteins. Some observable symptoms include rash, skin irritation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, wheezing, and cramping. Severe cases may also include difficulty breathing due to obstructive airways as well as throat swelling.

Protein overload: Egg whites are very rich in protein, not recommended for people with kidney problems. The rate of fluid flow in the kidney can be affected by the presence of protein in the body. If this happens to you, consult your doctor for proper information about eating egg white.

How many eggs are enough?
Although there are some adverse effects, if you eat eggs just right, there will be no problem. Consuming 2 fruits a day does not show any negative effects, except for people with diabetes. There are many official recommendations that do not limit the number of eggs eaten during the week. Therefore, depending on your health, depending on your preference, you can eat one fruit a day or less or more.

Eggs can cause bad effects on the body, but with a regular workout plan and a balanced diet, you will get more benefits instead of side effects.

Would it be that egghausting to write your own article instead of translating one from someone else?

Thank you very much for writing @kennyn.

Previously I got the understanding that eating half-cooked eggs or cooking eggs without being completely excellent for body stamina. Moreover, the half-cooked egg is mixed with honey.

But after reading your writing I know more and understand that eggs that are not cooked perfectly still contain bacteria and can cause things that are not good for the body. Moreover, consume egg whites without cooking.

your writing adds to my understanding and will be more selective in consuming eggs.

Thank you for the information... But can we eat eggs with milk???
