I can only speak from what I heard from other women, and I know pilates was the one thing that got one of my friends her body back - especially some planking positions, because at some point her back did a little 'pop' and her teacher said 'ahhh that's a common thing after pregnancy, that this part of the back is a little out of place, and now this position pops it back for you'.
Lol.
I have great respect for you, it honestly doesn't look super comfortable to carry the belly, but you're focussing on the right things and making sure you strengthen the body so it compensates where it's needed right now.

thank you girl, I appreciate it =). Ah yes the back is an issue, I can really feel it and I still have quite some weight to put on....pilates is great indeed! I wish someone would offer it here...they do yoga but I always get so bored in yoga =(
