Dansformation 12 Weeks Workout Challenge - Week 8 Day 1 - Leg Day
Today I started the week 8 of my dansformation workout challenge and like every Monday I did it with my leg day. I have to say that today my workout didn't went so well as I was a little bit late to the gym, a lot of people where there, the machines was occupied, i had to put my self in line.. there was also a lot of noise from the gossip guys who came there only for debates but what to do, no all days are the same, I did my workout and that's good.
What exercises I did :
Leg Press : 5 sets of 10-8-8-8-12 reps

Leg Extensions : 4 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell Rear Lunge : 4 sets of 10 reps

Seated Calf Raise: 4 sets of 10 reps

What did I ate :
Oatmeal with yogurt and casein
Creamy soup
Juice : 3 apples , 1 orange, 1 avocado
Brown rice with mushrooms
Kefir, banana, cranberries, almonds
What kind of supplements I took :
Casein : 1 measure in first meal and 1 measure in milk before bedtime
Creatine : 1 measure in water immediately after workout
Whey protein : 1 measure in water immediately after workout
