    If you trade UIA like OPEN.BTC then you are exposed to counterparty risk, because then your partner is Open Ledger

  4. This is not true, Open Ledger is involved as a third party. And you have UIA → EBA – Exchange Backed Assets from Open Ledger which is basically deposit confirmation which you can trade it
