My account @atim1234 is 116+ days old, with a reputation of 47.9 (Hopefully Improved). I know my story in this steemit, without you guys, My follower is very meaningful to me, so also to every Curator who supports me, especially I am very grateful to @good-karma, I always use the @esteemapp , from since I'm distributing content in steemit.
And, for that, I will celebrate my happiness, I will make a small contest and I will give 2 SBD For a Winner, Small Gift For New Steemian.

Congrats on the 1k followers. My advice would be to focus less on how many followers you have and more on the quality of your content and who that content gets in front of.
The thing with Steemit right now is that large numbers of followers doesn’t always translate to lots of upvotes.
You have more followers than I do but if you check my account my average post reward is much higher. And that’s simply because my posts reach more people, even though I have less followers.
Something to think about anyway.

Writing and photography contests are a good way to start. You could also try posting content under different tags.
And then there's different styles of post. You could create videos for DTube or DLive. You could create a podcast and put it on DSound.
There are a tonne of different options available to you. Just choose a couple and try them out.

I am a housewife and thanks to steemit I have been able to earn some money to contribute to the expenses of my home in these difficult times that we face in my country, Venezuela. Steemit has also allowed me to be more creative, I did not know I could draw, or write stories and poems, but I realized that I can and with practice I have been improving every day.
Steemit has given me a nice hobby, since now I do not only dedicate myself to my family but I have something that entertains me and makes me feel productive. In this platform I have met and interacted with people from all over the world, I have known their cultures and learned a lot from them.
My husband sometimes smiles when he sees me so busy and happy at the computer, I often burn the food for being so entertained by Steemit.
I love this platform and I hope that every day we are more users contributing to this big family!

As for me, i choose steemit because i knew it was a place where people relate to each other without knowing each other before and use some post in order to motivate each other

I met steemit through my neighbors @edurley y @maeugenia, I always heard them talking about the same thing, and that really did not generate any interest. They explained to me that there I could load any content and besides that I could get some remuneration, and this seemed very interesting to me. They insisted that I join steemit and I told them I did not have time and that I also did not know how to write very well to be able to see myself well as many users. They responded, that it did not matter, that little by little I would learn and that maybe there would develop some talent that could have hidden. I did not have any other alternative but to pay attention to them and in August of 2017 I applied to be a member of Steemit.

Why I choose steemit, at first was to make money out of it, but later now realized that without good post I can't get to anywhere, on steemit, other side I was planning to get some money through my blog to help my self in school, the the reason why I choose steemit.
