you start making a difference when you're small, almost everyone one here and almost all the judges are minnows (I was the only dolphin when #comedyopenmic started....but does it even matter?), everytime you visit one of the the entrant, have a laugh, upvote and leave an encouraging or even better a comment, or even way better a funny comment, you're already making a big difference @sayee!

ignore them, in time people will see them for what they are, talentless and selfish, if we continue to bring in more talent, the more apparent it will be.
