"Mother as creator"
Annie Wang, a photographer from Taiwan, began an interesting project back in 2001. She decided that the usual photos of mother and child was not for her and developed a concept called "Mother as a creator", which was supposed to show the long and difficult path of motherhood. Every year she was photographed with her son against the background of a snapshot of the previous year. Annie Wan compared the work of the mother with the work of the artist who puts layers of paint on the picture, forming a solid canvas. This is how every day we bring something into the life of a child, raising him. As a result, such photographs were born.
Quite interesting!
