I don't give financial advice, but this is still in it's "infancy stage", we need to focus on retaining people who find Steemit, my guess is people come for the "easy money" , put out zero effort, and leave. People like us need to great them upon arrival, explain how it works and get them engaged in the site. If they come and expect to post and get tons of cash they leave thinking that this is a bunch of BS. We all need to help them get comfortable and participate.

You are so right! That's great advice. :) I was just kidding about cashing out and running. ;) I have a few friends who came in for the easy money, tried to post 3-4 times a day, made $.01 per post and quit after two weeks. I'm telling them that's not how you play, but they aren't willing to do what it takes to be a part of the community. We do need to greet the newbies out there...
