I gave watercolors another try after putting it off for awhile. It's easier just sticking to what I know - markers...

I'm still a beginner, so I know it's technically not that good, but it came out with the vibe I wanted so I'm happy with it. I hope you guys like it as well. Let me know what you think. ^_^

Thank you! It sort of just popped into my head, I wanted to paint something that represented life, the universe and it's weirdness.

I love the painting :) I can only advise based on my experience that watercolour painting is all about layers :) try applying few thin layers first and work on that, be careful with the thickness of the paper though.

It looks nice, and I agree with milenamilak, first try with gentle layers, and also if you like to leave wight parts, you can use masking fluid. With aplaying it maybe it will be easier for the begining.
