... 12 weeks and I’m documenting my progress towards them. I have a number of goals, some aesthetic and some performance. Here is the list (in no particular order

1️⃣Weight training 4 x per week week using my own programme on the LFG APP

2️⃣Reduce bodyfat - something I haven’t actively tried to achieve for a little while now

3️⃣Maintain fitness and mobility - a combination of bodyweight training and classes in london that I enjoy doing and cycling

4️⃣Enjoy the process. I want to make sure I enjoy my next 12 weeks and try to limit what I sacrifice. I’m not boozing in January though

5️⃣To eat more greens! Simple

And that’s my plan over the next 12 weeks. Nothing complicated, just a system that relies on consistency and enjoyment
