Fitness goal
A true fitness enthusiast must at least:
5 one-arm push-ups (preferably 100)
5 one-legged squats (preferably 2 x 50)
1 one-arm pull-up (preferably 2×6)
5 hanging vertical lifts (preferably 2 x 30)
1 iron bridge (preferably 2 x 30)
1 single arm inverted support (preferably 5)
