Back to the Mountains!!!!
@silvertop was glad to get back to hiking in the Mountains!🤗
The walking/jogging trails down at the bay actually hurt my feet.
How about some of you runners out there, do you notice a difference jogging/running on hard pack gravel with flat trails? There were so many older runners, I wonder if they felt this the next morning?😳
The Mountain trails I hike are all soft dirt, and the terrain varies from very steep uphill,level and steep downhill!
This makes for comfortable hiking, even 30,283 @actifit steps🤗
I ended up with 91 floors, I almost turned around and went back out to hit the 100 mark, but @silvertop and the Mrs. needed to run through some of our music.😊
Of course silvertop is back to bug land, they weren’t down at the bay at all......🙃
