My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2019

3.2 mile late morning run. We're over a week into November and it's still over 80f here, but it felt a lot hotter than that. I haven't committed to the 100 consecutive days of running, but it feels good to get a solid run in.

    Thank you. I shouldn't complain, when it's colder (winter or early mornings), it's so much more difficult for me to motivate to run.

        There's maybe 5 days a year we can justify having a fire in our fireplace in southern cali. :p cheers!
