My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2019

Snuck out this evening during a stoem for a run in the rain. It really was bucketing down for a it which made me reluctant to head out, however it was totally worth it.

After a day of 32 deg C the rain was some welcome relief and a run of 6km was quite pleasant.

1 more day till the weekend.
