People call it the name Melampodium comes from the Greek words , which means black, and ( podion ), which means "foot. The foliage varies from bright green to gray-green. The opposite leaves are narrow and about 2-5 cm long. The flower heads are terminal. about 2.5 cm wide.They give a pretty yellow appearance.
