My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2020
上个月孙豪兄弟上白班，也时常协助顶替楼层工作，以前他也是外场出身所以工作也就是“得心应手”，月底的时候他主动找我说：“现在楼层兄弟忙不过来，我可以支援一段时间外场。”听完以后感觉他非常有责任心，自己愿意主动调岗，把工作做到极致，这就是他的工作态度。经过报备商议后就决定，10月份暂调他到外场岗位。像这样有意识，把工作当成自己的“事业”来做考虑全面的家人是值得我们学习和赞扬的，也反映出我们团队的“力量”！E
对于军训我一点都不陌生，今天媳妇参加了一次工作军训，他对于这方面的印象就是在上学的时候参加过。从作训服统一到培训前的准备都很积极，自己还准备在军训期间表现的积极主动打算配合好教官带动学员，这一点我很是赞同和鼓励，每天完毕后也特地进行总结分享，我相信只要抱着这样的态度一定会取得进步和收获！就像她总结里边写的：刚开始不太适应放不开，慢慢的喊口号声音也变响亮了，并且带动影响团队里其他成员，虽然刚开始团队配合不默契展示PK的时候成绩不理想，但是只要每位用心一定会取得好成绩！
