Coffe latte
Latte or Caffè latte (Italian which means milk coffee) is espresso or coffee mixed with milk and has a thin layer of foam on the top. [1] The comparison between milk and coffee in the caffè latte is 2: 1. [2] In the US a combination of latte consists of one third of an espresso and two thirds of hot milk, making it more flavorful than cappuccino. [3] This drink was first discovered in Italy in the late 1950s by Lino Meiorin4] He is the owner of a cafe and is the first barista from Italy. [4] Visitors to his café were not used to the taste of traditional cappuccino which was very sharp and therefore asked for more milk (latte) to be mixed with the coffee4] Over time Lino decided to sell espresso drinks with more milk and called them "caffè latte". [4] At that time, he served the caffè latte in a bowl and then switched to using a beer glass. [4] Now, caffè lattes are served in cups. [4
