The Whispering Library

in #zakariye772 months ago

In a small forgotten town stood an ancient library no one dared enter after sunset. They said the books whispered to each other at night—telling stories not written on their pages.

One evening, a curious teenager named Leo decided to stay behind after closing time. He hid behind a tall shelf, waiting in silence. As midnight struck, the air grew cold and the lights flickered off. Then, it began.

Soft voices rose from every direction.

“The boy is listening,” whispered one book.
“He seeks the truth,” another replied.
“What truth?” Leo whispered back.

A dusty old book fell from the top shelf and opened itself. Inside was a story about a hidden door beneath the library—a portal to the past. Trembling but fascinated, Leo followed the instructions written in the book.

He found the door.

What lay behind it would change everything he knew about his town, his family… and himself.

Moral: Curiosity can lead to danger—but also to truth.
