Z9mini Batch 2: Overclocking LOCKED (work-around & fix)

Hey guys,
we realised thanks to our Discord that Overclocking on many units of Z9mini batch 2 has been locked (only balance / turbo mode). So we made a little work-around:


Please mind that Overclocking still happens at your own risk and you might void your warranty because Bitmain decided to exclude it from the batch.
