How You Can Start A Fire From A Portable Cell Phone Power Bank

I have seen the trick to start a fire with a battery many times.

The problem with many modern cell phones though is they have sealed batteries. You can't just pop the back off of them to get the battery.

Cell phones are expensive and useful tools for survival. Breaking them to me is the last resort.

So many of us carry around portable chargers now so I wanted to know if I could use one to start a fire without breaking it.
