Youtube and advertising from SCAMMERS and RACISTS PIOPLE

I really like YouTube, I have my own channel in this service. I love to watch videos of different directions from training to entertainment. But...

Recently, I am very worried about the YouTube service policy. And to be more precise, the complete absence of this policy in YouTube.

There are a couple of reasons that upset me the most.

The first reason is the scam action in YouTube. Or rather, advertising of dubious content leading to scam sites and advertisment of their services.

Question. Why the security service of YouTube does not filter information from advertisers? According to the laws of the United States and the entire civilized world, any actions directed against the people, including fraudulent ones, are prosecuted by law.

The second. This is the sassy actions of the YouTube service offering to view videos containing racist orientation, inciting hatred towards the people and the current government.

Question. Why does YouTube offer me this information against my will? My complaints and requests have been ignored since YouTube became part of Google.

Building on this discussion, I want to understand why that happens. Am I only the one in this situation. And what to do with all that crap (sorry for slang).
