Great information here, thank you very much for sharing! I have started to really focus on flexibility and breathing which I find are improving every day I practice yoga.

You're welcome, @purefood! Mmmmm, that's one of the things I love about yoga - it is constant improvement! Even from the beginning to the end of a single session you can observe significant upgrades. And there are so many things you can choose to focus on, and yoga can help make all of it better!!
