Stretching in the Mudra
Ever since discovering yoga back in late 2016, I have learnt a great deal about myself, shaping my overall perspective on various components of life. I have found something that I am generally passionate about. When moving and focusing on the breath, your body naturally flows with the manifested movements produced. ‘Improv yoga' is something I have been performing on and off for about 12 months now, and I feel as though I can create what ever sort of flows I am willing, or at least my body is willing, to take on. I like to combine a number of different aspects ranging from flexibility training and power yoga/Pilates to calisthenics and bodyweight work to maximize strength and conditioning as well as mobility of the joints and muscle fibers.
Once you find the compassion and drive to achieve something desirable for your soul intentions, then only the mind can allow for the body to perform such natural motion. It is from deep within that the movements begin to flow. Intention is key, however, because without intention there is no underlying point. The purpose for me is self betterment and improving on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Yoga allows for me to create my own intentions and find this self-driving purpose, which propels me forward.

It's amazing to find this passion, and one that has such great health benefits too! Improv Yoga sounds very cool by the way :D
It really keeps me sane at times. Improv enables every time to be completely different than before. I love the randomness and creativity that comes from it
